We have been taught methods of meditation
and prayer; and through our history, we have been constantly admonished to
meditate and pray. The methods
and efforts of all of the teachers and gurus who are crossing our country
today are to bring us to the realization that each and every one of us has
the Divine within ourselves.
We have climbed the
Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil.
Man has climbed it since the beginning of time, and knows
everything there is to know about good and evil.
But, there also was a Tree of Life in the Garden of Eden; and, it
is time now to turn our attention to it.
However, in order to climb this Tree of Life, we have to adopt a
totally new system. Our idea
of prayer and meditation must change.
The idea of climbing
this Tree of Life brings about a new concept.
It brings us to a realization that all our tradition and all we
have been taught have been based upon the Tree of Good and Evil.
However, once we start to climb the Tree of Life and enter the New
Age, which goes on forevermore, we must be involved only with climbing
this new tree.
Therefore,
whatever you have been involved with and whatever you have been taught
about the plus-minus or good-and-evil world needs to be put on the shelf.
A completely new system needs to be brought into creation now
through the creative force of life, for the only creating each of us can
do is the creation of Good.
